Problems downloading saved schemes

Some users may experience problems downloading saved Grant information from your profile. If you are presented the following screen and your computer appears to go no further then follow the steps below.

This problem is mainly experienced in Internet Explorer, other browsers tend to be problem free. In order to rectify the issue and allow your computer to download the relevant file you would need to make a change to one of the security settings.

1. In Internet Expolrer select Tools and then Internet Options for the drop down menu.

2. Select Tools and then Internet Options image

2. The Internet Options window will now appear, select the Security tab.

3. Click the Custom Level button

4. Change the Automatic prompting for file downloads option to Enabled

5. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer

6. Restart your browser

When you have completed these steps you will now be able to download the saved Grants.
